What the buyer is asking for

Provision of enabling works in simultaneous programmes for the replacement of two existing x-ray systems with new along with minor building, mechanical and electrical works. Both x-ray rooms in the respective community hospitals are located on the ground floor reasonably close to the main entrances to the buildings. The contract is anticipated to be awarded using the JCT Minor Works with Contractor’s Design 2024 or other appropriate form of contract as determined by the Health Board.
