What the buyer is asking for

Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the recycling and/or disposal of plasterboard waste collected from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) located throughout Gwynedd. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint suitably qualified and licensed service providers capable of accepting, handling, transporting (where applicable), recycling and/or disposing of plasterboard waste in accordance with all applicable environmental legislation. The Authority wishes to maximise recycling performance whilst ensuring compliance with waste management regulations and delivering value for money.
