Provision of Temporary Emergency Accommodation (East Lothian Council)

What the buyer is asking for

East Lothian Council wishes to establish a flexible purchasing system for the Provision of Temporary Emergency Accommodation for individuals and households experiencing homelessness within East Lothian Geographical area. Emergency Accommodation is Hotel or Bed & Breakfast (B&B) style accommodation which the Council may need to use when there is no other form of temporary accommodation available to meet demand. The council will be purchasing a room on a per night basis only and will have no responsibility for any aspect of the accommodation. The proposed contract duration is two years, with an optional extension of +1, +1.
