What the buyer is asking for
North East Lincolnshire Borough Council are seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to deliver the installation of SuDS features and new parking facilities throughout St Ives Crescent, including terraced basins, permeable tarmac parking areas, swales and rain gardens.
