The framework will include both CIMSPA Chartered Coach Developers who are suitably qualified to work directly with coaches, and wider coach development system consultants who can contribute specialist expertise to research, insight, learning design, evaluation, NGB advisory work, Sport Wales Think Tanks and system development projects.
