UH-60L/M Operational Test Program Sets Purpose: To procure Military UH-60L/M Black Hawk specific test program sets to test various aircraft electrical components and systems. Background: These Test Program Sets (TPS) for the UH-60L/M electrical systems are a critical operational necessity.
