Task 2 (On-Site Commissioning): Libby Dam Project, 17155 HWY 37, Libby, MT 59923-9703 Quoters must submit a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) quote for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). Incomplete quotes will be ineligible for award.
