The Government has a requirement for Brand Name Moxa commercial IT products. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), the required Brand Name Justification is attached to this notice. Authorized Reseller Requirement: To ensure supply chain integrity, product authenticity, and warranty validity, quotes will only be accepted from authorized Moxa resellers. Quoters must provide documentation or a letter of authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) verifying their status as an authorized reseller of Moxa products with their quote submission. Quotes from unauthorized sources will be deemed technically unacceptable.
