The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation requirements, update the Performance Work Statement (PWS), incorporate basis of award, and publish the Government responses to questions submitted by prospective offerors. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. SUMMARY OF KEY CHANGES 1. In order to submit a quote, your firm must register with sam.gov, as a pre-requirement to do business with the federal government and prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and must submit quote responses in PIEE. Use the PIEE System Registration link:- https://piee.eb.mil, and follow the instructions on their website. Contact the PIEE helpdesk if you have any issues. ****The only authorized transmission method for quote responses to this request for quote is electronically via PIEE online submission.
