Scope This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines all requirements for the procurement, delivery, installation, training, and support of the Portable Training Simulator for VA Maine HCS (Togus) Police Department. 2. Background VA Maine HCS (Togus) Police require a portable, high definition simulation platform to support use of force, de escalation, decision making, and firearms skills training for sworn officers. 3. Objectives The objective is to acquire a turnkey simulator capability providing scenario-based training, HD projection, low-light tracking, tetherless recoil kits, curriculum, installation, and service coverage.
