**22 September 2026** RFP HT941026R2001 Amendment 0006 This amendment is issued to notify interested parties of the following updates to the solicitation and its associated attachments: •Solicitation: Page 18, FAR Clause 52.222-49 has been incorporated including WageDeterminations for Honolulu County, HI, Pierce County, WA; Kitsap County, WA, SanDiego County, CA, and Arlington County, VA. Offerors are advised to submit in writing forany performance locations, including remote/telework sites and the proposed facility/location, prior to the cutoff date of 12:00 PM PDT, 24 SEP 2026 in order for theGovernment to obtain and incorporate the appropriate Wage Determination (WD) via solicitation amendment prior to proposal submission. •Posted an updated Question and Answer document. •Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement): Para 1.11.2 has been revised for thePIRMAC hours for PST/PDT as applicable. Para 1.4.2.3–1.4.2.7 have been revised from"contract start date" to “full-performance start". Para 1.9.2. has been updated to removethe face-to-face meeting requirement and allow all meetings to be virtual. Para 2.1.3 hasbeen revised to remove the requirement of calls must be answered by the third ring. Para.4.4. has been corrected to reflect an off-installation commercial facility. Para 5.1.15 and5.1.17 have been revised for consistency of the controlling outreach sequence for outboundscheduling calls and letter timing. Para 5.1.25 has been revised to remove the 30 day afterfull performance tabletop exercise deadline. The Performance Requirements Summary(PRS) crosswalk and its PWS paragraph references has been updated. Exhibit G has beenretitled and updated for 180 days for the referral validity period. The closing date for the receipt of offers has changed; please see page six (6) for the revised deadline. Please be advised that a Government Accountability Office (GAO) protest is currently in progress under Docket Number B-424743.1, with an expected resolution date of November 23, 2026. Clarified language regarding transition plan instructions to “execute a timely and effective phase-in period within 90 days of the contract start date in order to meet PWS requirements by the full-performance base period of performance start date.” • Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement): Para. 1.6.5.1. has been revised to remove the Exhibit A- Physical Security Audit Matrix as it is no longer required. The physical security criteria and facility inspection standards are established under DoD Instruction 5200.08, DoD Manual 5200.08-R incorporated into section 6.3. References to MHS Personal Computer Hardware Requirements and MHS Standard Notebook Hardware dtd. September 7, 2000 have been removed.
