The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), is soliciting quotations for tree cutting, trimming, removal, vegetation management, and storm-response services at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) in Beltsville, Maryland. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561730 – Landscaping Services. The anticipated contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Offerors shall review the complete solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Schedule of Items, and applicable provisions and clauses prior to submitting a quotation. Pricing shall be submitted in accordance with the Schedule of Items. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer, Veronica Beck, at veronica.beck@usda.gov no later than 09/24/2026 at 12:00pm PST. All correspondence should reference Solicitation No. 127EAU26Q0076 in the subject line. Offers are due no later than Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). This requirement is also being solicited through GSA. The Government will consider quotations received through either SAM.gov or GSA and will make award to the responsible contractor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the solicitation’s evaluation criteria. Only one award is anticipated.
