However, the SAM.gov posting appears to include only the RLP document. Will the remaining exhibits be provided by amendment, or are they available upon request? The agency requirements referenced in Section 1.06(B) are included in the attached exhibits. 3. If that structure is not acceptable, is there another arrangement that would allow CloseMachine to serve as the Government's contractual lessor while partnering with the property owner? The Government allows the property owner to serve as the source, provided they have established legal property management. This arrangement ensures that the owner retains responsibility and meets the necessary leasing requirements. No this is not a mistake. Please refer to RLP 6. BSAC—please confirm there is none requested. BSAC is included in TIA 7. Parking—the requested parking ratio is double the market for office buildings and all of the buildings offer non-reserve stalls. Please refer to RLP for parking requirements.
