Attachment 5- Questions and Responses dated 9-21-26 The purpose of amendment 0001 is for the following: 1) Provide vendor questions and government responses into solicitation, attachment 4. The questions and responses are provided for clarification; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 2) Change performance period of Statement of Work From: 09/23/2026 - 09/22/2031 To: 09/30/2026 - 09/29/2031. This includes 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. 3) Extend solicitation due date to 7:00am CT, September 24, 2026. Quoters shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment as required by the solicitation. Attachment 2- Statement of Work_A0001 Attachment 4- Questions and Responses dated 9-15-26 The contractor shall provide Canadian liability car insurance for six of Homeland Security Investigation’s northern border offices to support a total of 175 vehicles in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must be capable of providing the Canadian Car Insurance (CCI) for the vehicle(s) when the driver is unknown.
