What the buyer is asking for

This requirement is to return the Link-Belt RTC-8030 (Serial E8K1-2290) to full operational and safe working conditions in accordance with all manufacturer and applicable industry standards. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services and repairs as defined in this Scope of Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance is ninety (90) days from date of official contract award or the issuance of a formal Notice to Proceed (NTP). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to publish the Memorandum for Record for Use of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts for Link-Belt RTC-8030 Crane Repair.
