Dual-Sided Grab N Go Case

What the buyer is asking for

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Fort Belvoir, Virginia, has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of four (4) CED 1 G23 Dual-Sided Grab-n-Go Merchandisers. The requirement is for commercial refrigeration/merchandising equipment to support commissary operations at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed-price order against a Federal Supply Schedule contract for the required equipment. This is a one-time purchase. DeCA has not previously established a recurring purchase contract for the CED 1 G23 Dual-Sided Grab-n-Go Merchandiser. A previous acquisition of this type of equipment was accomplished through a separate one-time acquisition action. The Contractor shall furnish four (4) CED 1G23 Dual-Sided Grab-n-Go Merchandisers meeting all requirements identified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), including applicable product specifications, quantity, delivery, warranty, and any other stated requirements. Please see attached: CED1G23 Interested vendors shall submit the following information (maximum 3 pages): 1.Company name, address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE code, and point ofcontact (name, phone, email). 2.Business size status (Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) under theNAICS code above. 3.Whether you are a manufacturer or an authorized distributor/dealer. 4.A statement of capability clearly addressing how your product meets or exceeds each of the salient characteristics listed above. Include any supporting documentation (cut sheets,specifications, past performance on similar items). 5.Lead time / delivery schedule after receipt of order. 6.Any additional comments or suggestions.
