REQUIREMENT: The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Charleston, SC has a Brand Name ONLY requirement for 30' Tournament Contender Boat with Twin 4.3L Offshore F350 Hp Yamaha outboard engines. Items must be Exact Match, no substitutions. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. QTY: 1 EA DELIVERY: FREIGHT - ORIGIN TO: 2000 BAINBRIDGE AVE N. CHARLESTON SC 29405 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: a. Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing for all items listed in this solicitation. Pricing shall be inclusive of all costs, fees, and charges associated with performance, including, but not limited to, materials, labor, packaging, handling, shipping, delivery, and any other expenses necessary to provide the required items.
