What the buyer is asking for

Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of designated USG cargo throughout the Sultanate of Oman that includes the seaports of Duqm, Salalah, and Sohar, Thumrait Royal Airbase, Duqm International Airfield, and any other designated location within Oman. The contractor shall provide facility support, cargo security, customs clearance documentation and processing cargo from its reception by air/vessel to its disposition by inland transportation to/from all nodes as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their appointed Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The contractor shall complete all tasks as outlined in the PWS. The contractor is required to perform all requirements for this contract for which the USG will compensate the contractor at the applicable commodity rate, according to the designated Schedule of Rates (SOR).
