What the buyer is asking for

This is a sources sought inquiry to any 8(a) small business with the capability and capacity to perform the description of services below: The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph (RAN), Seguin Auxiliary Airfield (located in Seguin, TX) and Canyon Lake Recreation Area (CLRA) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Work to be completed includes (but is not limited to): mowing, edging/vegetation control, trimming, pest control/herbicides, and pruning of shrubs, hedges, trees, and other plants.
