Flexible Base Material for NIWTP Levee Road Resurfacing

What the buyer is asking for

The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission is soliciting quotations from qualified small business concerns to furnish and deliver up to 10,000 tons of Type ABC Lime aggregate base material to the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico, Arizona. The material shall meet all requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement, including specified gradation and material requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and permits necessary to complete delivery. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set aside and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. Substitutions or deviations from the PWS requirements will not be accepted. See attached; Follow instructions in Solicitation Documents.
