Solicitation Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes resulting from vendor inquiries, extend the solicitation closing date for receipt of quotations by one (1) business day, correct typographical and technical discrepancies in the Statement of Work (SOW), clarify small business requirements, remove the initial FAR Smart Matrix attachment, and re-establish the specific contract terms and conditions. The Statement of Work (SOW) is amended and revised as follows: National Stock Number (NSN): The NSN is corrected from 6605-01-190-8292 to read 6605-01-090-8292. Governing Military Specification: The governing specification is corrected from MIL-A-17551 to read MIL-A-19642B(SH). Deliverable Configuration: The requirement is for two (2) Alidades, Telescopic Marine, Mark 8 Mod 0, Warren-Knight / Atlas Model WK-13-7500NR ("No Rings") or an exact government-drawing equivalent meeting MIL-A-19642B(SH). Units shall be delivered complete with fitted wooden stowage/transit cases. All adapter rings (specifically Adapter Rings A and C) are excluded from this requirement. Solicitation Number Reference: The official solicitation number is SAM.gov Notice ID 1510QR260000498. Offerors shall reference this identifier on all submission documents. The prefix 11510QR260000498 represents an internal agency requisition reference number. Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Applicability: In accordance with FAR 19.505(c)(5) and 13 CFR 121.406(d), the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) is waived and does not apply to this procurement because the estimated dollar value of the acquisition is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The initial FAR Smart Matrix spreadsheet previously uploaded as an attachment is hereby removed from this solicitation in its entirety.
