The services encompass preparing industrial stormwater permit renewals, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and stormwater sampling for three outfalls, as well as preparation of Construction SWPPPs and permits. Compliance assistance is provided for SPCC Plan development and review, RCRA Permit development and review, and CAA permit review, renewal, and reporting. The services also support a change of the State of Arkansas Water Quality Standards, Rule 2, for mercury at an NPDES outfall, and assist with contaminant transport investigations in Phillips Creek and the Arkansas River.
