AMENDMENT 002: The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation Number W9133L26QA030 is to correct the site visit date to state 16 Sep 2026, to provide responses to questions received, and to attach the following revised documents (Attachment 1 - PWS Cable TV System Installation_14 Sep 26, Attachment 2 - QASP Cable TV Installation_14 Sep 26, Attachment 4 - Pricing Workbook_14 Sep 26). Please see attached revised Q&A document dated 14 Sep 26. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Any associated costs necessary to comply with these requirements shall be included in the Firm-Fixed Price offer. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, licenses, and retransmission rights necessary to deliver continuous, high-definition (HD) commercial television programming to the existing Haivision distribution system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
