Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the deadline for proposal submission from 5:00pm ET on 09/18/2026 to 5:00pm ET on 09/30/2026. 2. Remove LC52.239-2 SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE. Please see Section H for further details. 3. Update 52.216-18 ORDERING by inserting dates. Please see Section I for further details.
