Sole Source Notice of Intent - Unisys System Services

What the buyer is asking for

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for commercial Unisys System Services. A sole source Justification & Approval document is being coordinated and, upon approval, a copy of it will be posted here on SAM.gov to comply with the public display requirements of FAR 6.301. This acquisition will continue to provide DISA HaC with Unisys OS 2200 System Services currently being provided under contract number HC1084-23-D-0002, which expires on November 30, 2026. This procurement will provide DISA HaC the ability to supply Unisys OS 2200 System Services to the current strategic partner (SP) base, in excess of 3,000 users worldwide, utilizing Unisys OS 2200 applications that provide critical support to the warfighter. The scope of this effort will provide a complete managed service that includes flexibility and scope of services sufficient to meet current and future Unisys OS 2200 environment workloads, security, training, and modernization requirements, while ensuring DISA customers receive uninterrupted, continuous access to their applications and data.
