The purpose of Amendment #2 for the Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction solicitation is to incorporate the attachments, "Amendment #1 Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction RFI RESPONSE," "AE200 PRE-BID RESPONSE_08262026," "Original wall section," and "Site Visit SignIn Sheet." The Proposal due date has been extended to Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 by 5:00pm EST. All individuals who would like to attend must email kyle.cole@gsa.gov at least one day prior to the site visit to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Acquisition Project Delivery Contracting Division-East Branch C intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a qualified General Contractor to provide construction services for the Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction project at the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building, 100 State St, Rochester, NY 14614. The Keating Courthouse Hardening Phase II- Construction project located at the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building, 100 State St, Rochester, NY 14614 includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to make necessary improvements to the federal facility to meet the requirements as per the construction documents and supporting documents. The contract work incorporates site demolition, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, curbs, fencing, gates, landscaping, storm draining, windows & security glazing, security systems and electrical work. The primary goal is to build out a space to suit the needs of the U.S. Courts in the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.
