SUBJECT: Solicitation W91CRB-26-R-A025 FMS case AL-B-UBX Request for Proposal (RFP) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This action is posted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code: 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard for the NAICS Code is 1000 employees. The Federal Supply Classification (Product Service Code, PSC) is 1240, Optical Sighting And Ranging Equipment. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.0001, Concern means any business entity organized for profit (even if its ownership is in the hands of a nonprofit entity) with a place of business located in the United States or its outlying areas and that makes a significant contribution to the U.S. economy. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, has a requirement for the procurement of Thermal Imaging Devices. This procurement is a country directed requirement for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case AL-B-UBX, for the country of Albania. The Government anticipates the issuance of a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated date of award is to be determined; but no later than 15 October 2026.
