STATEMENT OF WORK (K-Loader Repair Parts – Al Minhad AB, U.A.E.) 1. Scope: This requirement is for the procurement and delivery of repair parts required to restore an inoperable K-Loader supporting the CTF-53 Minhad Air Cargo Team at Al Minhad Air Base, U.A.E. 2. Specific Requirements: Contractor shall: 2.1 Provide and deliver the following K-Loader repair parts: Pump, Hydraulic – Part #623-8652 – Qty: 1 Filter, High Pressure, 75 GPM – Part #514-8245 – Qty: 1 FK-E-Pump, Halvorsen – Part #627-9669-050 – Qty: 1 Joystick and Card, Convey – Part #624-2917 – Qty: 1 A-Manifold, Chassis Hydraulic – Part #631-7559-003 – Qty: 1 2.2 All parts shall be new, unused, serviceable, and compatible with the K-Loader for which they are intended. Equivalent or alternate parts are acceptable, provided they meet the exact specifications, form, fit, function, compatibility, and performance requirements of the parts identified in this SOW. Any proposed alternate part shall be fully compatible with the applicable K-Loader and meet or exceed the specifications of the listed JBT/Oshkosh AeroTech part number. For any proposed equivalent or alternate part, the Contractor shall provide sufficient technical documentation to enable Government technical review and verification of compliance with the requirements of this SOW. Documentation shall include, as applicable, the manufacturer/brand, model and part number, technical specifications, product data sheets, compatibility information, and any other supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate that the proposed part meets or exceeds the specifications, form, fit, function, compatibility, and performance requirements of the listed JBT/Oshkosh AeroTech part. 2.3 Shipping and Delivery: Contractor shall provide all packaging, handling, and outbound freight necessary to deliver the required parts to Al Minhad Air Base, U.A.E. Contractor shall provide shipment tracking information and applicable shipping documentation upon shipment. Based on the estimated lead time provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and allowing additional time for order coordination, documentation, shipment, and final delivery to Al Minhad Air Base, all required parts shall be delivered no later than ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). Based on an anticipated receipt of order date of 30 September 2026, the required delivery date shall be no later than (NLT) 29 December 2026. 2.4 Inspection and Acceptance: The Government-designated receiving representative shall inspect delivered parts to verify correct part numbers, quantities, and condition. Any incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise nonconforming parts shall be replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government. 2.5 Delivery Documentation: Contractor shall provide a delivery receipt or packing list identifying the part description, part number, quantity, and date of delivery. The Government- designated receiving representative shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the delivered items. 2.6 Warranty: All parts shall be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, where applicable. The Contractor shall provide applicable warranty documentation with the delivered parts. 3. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall begin upon contract award and continue through final delivery and Government acceptance of all required parts. Delivery of all required parts shall occur within ninety (90) calendar days ARO, with an anticipated NLT delivery date of 29 December 2026 based on receipt of order on 30 September 2026.
