Stratton VA Medical Center (113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208). The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about September 29, 2026, to be posted to https://www.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. The Product/Service Code is J059. The solicitation will be set-aside for SDVOSBs.
