What the buyer is asking for

Amended 21 September 2026 Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services necessary to perform installation and delivery of Entertainment, Equipment, and Furniture on Joint Base Andrews (JBA). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices. Project to be completed in phases: Phase 1 - Simulator procurement/install, order all patio furniture and equipment, deliver all equipment (canopies, trash cans) Phase 2 – Deliver remaining patio furniture following construction. (all tables and chairs) Phase 3 – TV procurement/install (following construction completion)
