Updated the language on Page 48, Section 7 ????????? Complete Submissions, Cover Letter to add ?????????Offerors shall provide a detailed description of any/all affiliates/subsidiaries/parent/LLC/LTD/JV relationships in its cover letter. If the Offeror is a member of the Mentor/Prot??????g?????? program, it must also provide a copy of the approved agreement and the Small Business Administration POC?????????s information responsible for approving and revalidating the agreement.????????? In addition to making the changes as identified within the Amendment Description of Change Notice within the CSS, Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors?????????Commercial Products and Commercial Services and Addendum to RFO 52.212-2 Evaluation?????????Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
