The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is to acquire Environmental Control Units (ECUs) by awarding a five year Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements contract for the F100-60, Green (NSN 4120016171273) and Environmental Control unit F100-60, Tan (NSN 412001617282). It is intended to award one, single award Requirements contract on a sole source basis to HDT Expeditionary Systems, INC (Cage Code: 92878), in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This solicitation was amended on 01 September 2026 and ative for an addiitonal 30 days from the previous closing date.
