RFO 5.101(c)(3) Product Service Code: The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 5820. ========================================================================= SECTION 4: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT & STATUTORY NOTICES ========================================================================= RFO 5.101(c)(4)(i) Description of Supplies/Services: The Government requires the L3HARRIS AN/PRC-167 Multi-Channel Manpack (Part Number/Nomenclature: AN/PRC-167, RT-2096) and supplemental equipment listed in the Statement of Need. The Government is looking for a product that meets or exceeds this item’s specifications or additional vendors that are authorized resellers of L3HARRIS to sell this product. Please see attached Statement of Need for a full list of specifications as required by the Government to meet its needs. RFO 5.101(c)(4)(ii) Award Procedures and Anticipated Award Date: This proposed contract action will be awarded utilizing RFO Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions with an anticipated award date on or before 30 September 2026. RFO 5.101(c)(4)(iii) Trade Agreements: This end product is not subject to trade agreements in accordance with R-DFARS 225.401-70 “End products subject to trade agreements” as its PSG 58 code is not listed. RFO 5.101(c)(4)(iv) Technical Data Availability: Government technical data is not available and will not be furnished with the solicitation.
