Rahmenvertrag über IT-Dienst- und Cloudleistung. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung dient der Modernisierung der bestehenden SAP ECC 6.0-Systeme durch den Umstieg auf S/4HANA. Der Rahmenvertrag beginnt ab Zuschlag (vorauss. ab Oktober 2026) und endet am 30.06.2028. Optional kann der Vertrag um 3x je 6 Monate verlängert werden.
