La présente consultation concerne les prestations de sonorisation et prestations associées dans le cadre des réunions des instances communautaires et des événements divers organisés par la CABBALR sous la forme d'un accord-cadre mixte. Accord-cadre mono-attributaire s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande et par l'exécution de marchés subséquents. La durée du contrat est d'un an ferme et trois périodes de reconductions d'un an. Cette consultation est décomposée en trois lots. Montant maximal annuel: 175 000 e HT
