Gegenstand ist die denkmalgerechte und nutzerfreundliche Aufwertung der Burgruine Windeck in der Gemeinde Windeck, Ortsteil Altwindeck. Ziel ist es, die Anlage zu einem barrierearmen Erlebnis-, Aufenthalts- und Lernort weiterzuentwickeln und stärker in die regionale Tourismusstruktur einzubinden.
