What the buyer is asking for
Die Stadt Erkrath beabsichtigt, ein neues Schulgebäude für das Gymnasium am Neandertal zu errichten. Das Schulgebäude wird als Bauwerk mit 5 Geschossen realisiert und weist im Grundriss eine Fläche von ca. 4.300 m² auf. Es besteht aus einem teilweise in den Hang geschobenen Untergeschoss sowie einem nördlichen, 4-geschossigen Bauteil darüber. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung der Freianlagen.
