Hankinta sisältää kokonaisvaltaisesti kaikki elintarvike- ja valmistuotehankinnat mm. hedelmät ja vihannekset, liha, lihajalosteet ja valmisruoka, pakasteet, teolliset elintarvikkeet, maitotalous ja kanamunat, makeiset ja juomat. Hankinta sisältää myös tuotteiden kuljetuksen asiakkaalle.
