Einzelne Bauteile werden behutsam ausgebaut und ersetzt, andere ertüchtigt oder restauriert. Für den Einbau der Gebäudetechnik werden die vorhandenen Kamine genutzt. Der Park und die Nebengebäude werden ebenfalls instandgesetzt.
