CARAML est une solution logicielle permettant de couvrir 3 fonctionnalités majeures : - La gestion des transferts de stocks COMBUSTIBLE SNCF - La gestion des sites sources (Raffineries) et cibles (Stations SNCF COMBUSTIBLE) - La gestion des commandes d’approvisionnement en COMBUSTIBLE L’objectif de la consultation est la remise en concurrence du périmètre de la solution CARAML afin de couvrir les besoins au-delà de l’actuelle contractualisation. Les prestations à couvrir sont la fourniture d’une solution SaaS, son intégration dans le SI SNCF et sa maintenance. Le périmètre complémentaire de la solution ENERGOLD gestion fait l’objet d’une PSE Obligatoire.
