What the buyer is asking for
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine herstellerneutrale Logistikplanung für den Krankenhausneubau am Standort Nordstadt Singen (kurz: Krankenhausneubau GLKN). Das Klinikum soll als Neubau mit allen Stationsbereichen, den notwendigen stationsnahen Funktionen sowie den weiteren Bereichen auf einem festgelegten Areal am Standort Nordstadt Singen entstehen. Im Neubau sollen auf insgesamt rund 44.000 m² Nutzfläche etwa 450 stationäre Betten und aktuell mindestens neun festgelegte Fachrichtungen abgebildet werden.
