What the buyer is asking for
Die Sport- und Kongresszentrum Seefeld Tirol GmbH beabsichtigt, auf die Liegenschaft zugeschnittene Vorschläge für verbrauchsseitigen Einsparmaßnahmen sowie Energieerzeugungsmaßnahmen für alle Medien (Strom, Wärme, Kälte ...), im Rahmen eines Energieeinsparcontractings. Die Effizienzmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Anlagentechnik, Nutzermotivation, CO2- Reduktion werden im Rahmen eines Ideenwettbewerbs eingeholt. In jedem Fall ist die Umsetzung von kompletten Einsparmaßnahmen inkl. aller dazu erforderlichen Gewerke und Nebenarbeiten gewünscht.
