Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή ασφαλιστικής κάλυψης των αυτοκινήτων οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων του Δήμου Λαρισαίων (προϊσταμένη αρχή) για χρονικό διάστημα είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών (συμβατική περίοδος), με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης δώδεκα (12) μηνών (1η προαίρεση) και δυνατότητα ανανέωσης για ακόμα δώδεκα (12) μηνών (2η προαίρεση) (2+1+1). Η ενεργοποίηση των προαιρέσεων ανήκει στην αποκλειστική κρίση της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής.
