What the buyer is asking for
la società West Sicily Gate s.r.l., titolare dell’Atto Formale n. 46/21 e del connesso Atto Suppletivo n. 63/2022, per la gestione, tra gli altri, del Terminal Crociere del porto di Palermo, con istanza prot. AdSP n. 9695 del 27.02.2026 e con istanza prot. AdSP n. 9767 del 27.02.2026 ha chiesto, rispettivamente, l’autorizzazione ex art. 24 comma secondo, primo periodo Reg. Cod.
