Achizitie energie electrica 17.250 Mwh (11.000 Mwh medie tensiune si 6.250 Mwh joasa tensiune) conform caiet de sarcini . Termenul limita pana la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare este de 10 zile fata de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform prevederilor legale. Ofertantii se vor asigura ca transmit solicitarile de clarificari astfel incat sa permita entitatii contractante sa respecte prevederile art. 173 din Legea 99/2016 care impun acest termen. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
