Media monitoring for the health authorities in Norway

What the buyer is asking for

The procurement is for the delivery of media monitoring services. The delivery shall include both access to a system solution/media portal and continuous monitoring of a wide range of media sources. The service shall cover open and payment based internet media, social media, radio, TV (including internet TV) as well as printed media. Furthermore, the delivery shall include analysis services and an option for taking out archives. The consumption for the coming agreement is estimated to NOK 5,150,000 million excluding VAT per annum. The combined value of the framework agreement is estimated to be approx. NOK 20,600,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period including options. The maximum value is set at NOK 25,000,000.
