Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari – in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici in termenul limita de 20 zile enuntat anterior.
