What the buyer is asking for

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. As the market for outdoor lighting equipment is continually developing, with ever-new products, technologies and suppliers, the Contracting Authority wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and associated services. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: · decorative lighting · park and landscape lighting · squares and urban lighting · sports floodlights · area lighting and space lighting · architectural lighting and facade lighting · historical and culturally adapted lighting · special lighting for special purposes. · masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems. · control and control systems. · sensors and accompanying components. · spare parts and accessories The DPS also includes the accompanying services, including, for example, but not limited to: · light calculations · lighting planning and engineering design assistance · programming and configuration of control systems. · commissioning and testing · documentation and O&M deliveries. · training · service and maintenance services · technical advice and assistance. The scheme can be used for the procurement of other types of outdoor lighting equipment and the accompanying services that naturally fall within the scheme ́s purpose.
