Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi 3 498 376 kWh.
