What the buyer is asking for

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a production instrument for cell therapy at Rikshospitalet, the Department for Immunology and Transfusion Medicine, Section for ex vivo cell laboratory. The instrument system shall be used for GMP compatible final processing of cell therapy products (ATMP), including CAR-T cells. The system shall support a standardised, automated and functionally closed work flow for final processing of cell products. This includes i.a. formulation, addition of formulation buffer and cryoprotectant, homogenisation, aliquotation, filling and sealing of final containers. The scope of the agreement is for the procurement of one instrument, with an option for a further one instrument with software as well as the accompanying consumables. In addition options shall be offered on service agreements/servicing.
